Breads are baked at the perfect temperature and freshly crumbed (ground) in a purpose-engineered machine, retaining key nutrients then toasted for optimum flavour and retaining key nutrients. This unique process yields larger sized crumbs, which offer more appealing texture and taste than most other varieties. Made from spelt flour, these bread crumbs provide a good source of iron and dietary fibre, and are free of trans fat and cholesterol.
