Organic sprouted Lentils. Bio-Bud™ products are made with sprouted grains, legumes and pods that are dehydrated at the peak of their enzyme levels and nutrient value, and packaged with no additives or preservatives. May contain gluten and mustard seed.
Cooking Instructions
- Soak 1 cup (150g) of mung beans for 2 hours.
- Add the mung beans to a pot and cover it with water for a few inches. Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until tender, about 15 to 20 minutes.
