Pearled Couscous, Organic Red Lentils (Split), Organic Sprouted Lentils, Sundried Tomatoes, Kale Flakes
Cooking Instructions
Combine 1 cup (250 mL) Moroccan-Style Pearled Couscous with 1½ cups (375 mL) water in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat then reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and simmer 6-9 minutes or until water is absorbed. Remove from heat. Stir in oil or butter, add salt and pepper to taste. Cover and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving.
