Since its founding in 1999, ShaSha Co. has actively supported local charities and community organizations through sponsorships, volunteer work, and donations. Each year, the company donates over $100,000 worth of products to local charities and food banks, benefiting organizations such as the Daily Bread Food Bank, Sunnybrook Hospital, the Alzheimer Society of Canada, Healthy Moms Connect, Second Harvest, and Toronto Police Services.

- Global Relief Fund Inc. – Providing emergency assistance to children and families in crisis and development aid to foster self-sufficiency.
- Dancers for Life – Benefiting the AIDS Committee of Toronto (ACT), a non-profit organization offering health promotion, support, education, and advocacy for those affected by HIV/AIDS.
- Field to Table – A non-profit organization collaborates with communities to improve access to affordable and healthy food.
- Community Centers & Churches – Regular donations to local community centers and churches, including the Thistledown Community Breakfast Club, Lloyd Manor Park Rejuvenation Project, LAMP Community Health Centre, St. Barnabas Church, and the Anglican Church of Canada.

The ShaSha Foundation & George Brown College Award Program
ShaSha Co. established the ShaSha Foundation Award Program in collaboration with George Brown College’s Centre for Hospitality and Culinary Arts as part of its commitment to education and fostering the next generation of culinary talent. Since 2009, this annual award has been presented to exceptional students demonstrating outstanding skill, passion, and dedication to baking. The program provides financial support, mentorship, and industry recognition, helping aspiring bakers and food innovators build their careers and contribute to a healthier, more sustainable food industry.
