After immigrating to Canada 1987 with his family, Shasha brought a rich background in culinary arts, having worked as an executive chef, pastry chef, master baker, and restaurant consultant in Toronto. His passion for food and relentless pursuit of quality led him to establish Shasha Co., a business centred on creating organic, preservative-free, and nutritious products. Under his leadership, Shasha Co. has grown to serve customers across Canada, the U.S., and internationally, setting a benchmark for health-conscious and sustainable food manufacturing.
