 1 of diced roasted sweet Onions (120g / 1 onion)
 2 of diced roasted or raw Carrots (100g)
 1 of diced fresh Celery sticks (100g)
 2 of fresh Parsley or chopped Cilantro (Coriander) (50g)
 11 of Olive Oil (20g)
 3 of fresh Lemon Juice (10g)
 4 of Cumin Powder (50g)
 Salt & Pepper to taste

To prepare cooked Chickpeas, please follow the instructions of ShaSha Sprouted Chickpeas from the back side of the product.

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
