1 of diced fresh Celery sticks (100g)
2 of fresh Parsley or chopped Cilantro (Coriander) (50g)
11 of Olive Oil (20g)
3 of fresh Lemon Juice (10g)
4 of Cumin Powder (50g)
Salt & Pepper to taste
