Mix Bio-Bud Lentils, celery, sweet onion and basil.

For the dressing: Pan-fry the onion with tomato paste and curry powder until the onion is translucent. Add turmeric, garlic, salt, pepper and a few spoon of water.

Toss the dressing and salad well and serve.
